By accessing or purchasing from printoni.com, you agree to these terms.

Products All products are made to order from the photo and details you provide. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are normal due to the handmade and printed nature of each piece and differences in screen settings.

Orders & pricing We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or content that infringes the rights of others. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Customer content & rights By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it, and you grant Printoni a limited licence to use it solely to create and fulfil your order. You agree not to upload images that are unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.

Intellectual property All site content, designs, and artwork created by Printoni remain our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printoni is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New Mexico.
