1. Upload your photo
Choose your product, then upload a clear, well-lit photo of your pet right on the product page. Add your pet's name and any notes or special requests in the order form. The sharper and more front-facing the photo, the better your artwork will turn out.
2. We create your artwork
Our designers get to work hand-crafting a custom portrait from your photo, carefully capturing your pet's unique markings, colors, and personality.
3. Approve your proof
Before anything is printed, we email you a digital proof to review. Nothing goes to print until you're 100% happy — if you'd like any changes, just reply and we'll refine it for you.
4. Printed & delivered
Once you approve your proof, we print your design on premium canvas and ship it straight to your door. Production and delivery times vary by product, but most orders arrive within 7–10 days, and no later than 15 days.
